Masti 365 Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Masti 365 platform — whether through the website at masti365.vu, the downloadable mobile application or any other access point we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Masti 365 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates or amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on Masti 365, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Masti 365 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and valid email address.
• You are only permitted to hold one account on Masti 365. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Masti 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your Masti 365 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these details with any other person.

Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact Masti 365 support immediately. We will investigate but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Do not use the same password you use for other online services.
• Do not log in to your account from shared or public devices unless absolutely necessary, and always log out fully after each session.
• Enable any additional security features made available on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Masti 365 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as available at the time of your transaction.

The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed in your account area and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times which vary by payment method. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed quickly, while bank transfers may take slightly longer.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you. Any deposits or withdrawals made to incorrect details due to user error cannot be reversed by Masti 365.

Masti 365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts. This is a routine security measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on your part.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, Masti 365 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. • Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited.
• Masti 365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play with other users, will result in account action and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Withdrawal of real money funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Masti 365 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and other series — follow standard sports betting settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, settlement rules will apply as described in the specific market terms.

For live in-play betting, odds can change rapidly. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed in the game interface. Random number generation is used to determine outcomes in electronic casino games. Live casino tables follow the rules of the respective card or table game as administered by the dealer.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Masti 365 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and further action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to place bets or access the platform in a manner not intended for regular users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or game bugs for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account or platform systems without authorisation.
• Any conduct that Masti 365 reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent or harmful to the platform or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Masti 365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where a player has requested self-exclusion. In cases of suspected fraud, account funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to applicable checks and conditions) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Masti 365 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game content, interface design, written content and software — is the intellectual property of Masti 365 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Masti 365 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted, Masti 365's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Masti 365 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
